How do I place an order?+
Browse the collection, pick your size and color, add to cart, then check out from the website - or send your order through WhatsApp for personal assistance.
Can I order via WhatsApp instead?+
Absolutely. Tap the WhatsApp button on any page and share the item you want. Our team will confirm stock and payment details.
Do you accept custom or bulk orders?+
Yes! For gifting, hampers, and school uniforms, message us on WhatsApp and we'll send a custom quote.
Payment
What payment methods are available?+
Bank transfer (BCA, Mandiri, BRI) and cash on delivery (COD) for select cities. Payment link options are shared after order confirmation.
Is there tax on my order?+
Yes, a standard 11% VAT (PPN) is applied to all orders as required by Indonesian regulation. It's shown clearly on the checkout summary.
Do you accept vouchers or promo codes?+
Yes - enter your voucher code at checkout. Tap 'View available vouchers' to see all currently active promos.
Sizing
How do I find the right size?+
Use our interactive size guide on the homepage - enter age, height, and weight to get a personalized recommendation with chest, length, and sleeve measurements.
What if the size doesn't fit?+
We offer free size exchange within 24 hours of receipt (1x24 jam) as long as the item is unwashed and unworn with original tags.

What materials do you use?+
Soft organic cotton blends, breathable linens, and gentle knits - all chosen specifically for children's sensitive skin. No harsh dyes or synthetic itchy fibers.
Are your fabrics safe for babies?+
Yes. Every fabric passes Oeko-Tex-inspired safety checks and is pre-washed with plant-based detergent before sewing.
How should I wash Minibro clothes?+
Machine wash cold with mild detergent, tumble low or air dry. Avoid bleach and fabric softener to keep the earth tones vibrant.
Shipping
Do you ship across Indonesia?+
Yes - we ship nationwide via JNE, J&T, SiCepat, and Anteraja. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your city.
How long does shipping take?+
Jakarta & Bandung: 1–2 days. Java: 2–3 days. Outside Java: 3–5 days. You'll receive a tracking number by WhatsApp.
Do you ship internationally?+
Not yet - but reach out on WhatsApp and we can help arrange a personal shipping quote via EMS or DHL.
Returns
Can I return or exchange?+
Exchanges within 24 hours (1x24 jam) for unwashed items with original tags. Sale items are final. Full policy on our WhatsApp assistant.
What if my order arrives damaged?+
Please send a photo within 24 hours (1x24 jam) of delivery via WhatsApp. We'll cover return shipping and send a replacement immediately.
Tracking
How do I track my order?+
Use the 'Track Order' page - enter your order number and email. You'll see live progress from confirmed → packed → shipped → delivered.
